1. working with relevant departments to abolish and standardize licensing procedures pursuant to applicable laws, regulations and requirements of the reform of administrative licensing;

2. ensuring the public disclosure of matters that need to be licensed by departments that have opened services at the administrative service center;

3. working with relevant departments to regulate licensing behaviors, streamlining licensing procedures, innovating licensing methods and improving licensing efficiency;

4. supervising and administering transactions involving fees and being responsible for settlement;

5. training and measuring the performance of service personnel, and overseeing day-to-day routines;

6. guiding and coordinating the work of administrative service branches in towns and districts (zones);

7. addressing complaints, feedback and recommendations from clients;

8. dealing with other responsibilities assigned by the municipal government.
