Wang Hao is in charge of the work concerning urban and rural planning, housing and urban-rural development, gardening and greening, city management, transportation, water affairs, postal service, and communication, etc.

He oversees the work of the Natural Resources and Planning Bureau, the Bureau of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, the City Management Bureau (Comprehensive Administration and Law Enforcement Bureau), the Transportation Bureau, the Water Affairs Bureau, Kunshan City Construction Investment Development Group Co., Ltd, Kunshan Transportation Development Holding Group Co., Ltd, and Kunshan Water Group Co., Ltd.

He is in charge of liaison with the Telecommunication Bureau, Kunshan Branch of China Post, Kunshan Branch of Suzhou Housing Provident Fund Management Center, China Mobile (Kunshan), and China Unicom (Kunshan).
