Deputy Mayor Zhang Feng

Division of Work 

Zhang Feng is responsible for the regular work of Kunshan Municipal People’s Government; being in charge of the work concerning development and reform, finance, natural resources, emergency management, state-owned assets administration, statistics, taxation, key projects, government offices management, food and strategic reserves, integrated development of Yangtze River Delta region, construction and promotion of Kunshan Pilot Zone, collaboration between the eastern and western regions, pairing assistance and cooperation, and cooperation between Kunshan and cities in northern Jiangsu, etc.

He oversees the work of the General Office of Kunshan Municipal People’s Government, the Development and Reform Commission, the Natural Resources and Planning Bureau (the Forestry Bureau), the Emergency Management Bureau, the Statistics Bureau, the Government Offices Management Bureau, and Kunshan Chuangye Holding Group Co., Ltd.

He assists in charge of the Finance Bureau (the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Office), the Audit Bureau.

He is in charge of liaison with the Protocol Office, Kunshan Operation and Management Unit of Suzhou Branch of the People’s Bank of China, Kunshan Branch of National Financial Regulatory Administration, Kunshan branches of various financial institutions, the Taxation Bureau, Kunshan Power Supply Company, and Kunshan Investigation Team of the National Bureau of Statistics of China.
