Zhang Feng is in charge of the work concerning commerce, finance, information technology (big data management), education, Duke Kunshan University on behalf of the Chinese side, health care, medical security, etc;

He oversees the work of the Finance Work Office, the Big Data Resources Management Center, the Commerce Bureau, the Education Bureau, the Health Commission, the Medical Security Bureau, Duke Kunshan University Development and Promotion Center, and Yangcheng Lake Culture, Commerce and Tourism Group Co., Ltd.

He is in charge of liaison with Kunshan Committee of the Communist Youth League, the Kunshan Women’s Federation, Kunshan Branch of the Red Cross Society of China, Customs, the People’s Bank of China Kunshan Branch, Kunshan Supervision and Adminisration Group of Suzhou Banking and Insurance Regulatory Bureau, Kunshan branches of various financial institutions.

Zhang Feng, male, born in October 1974, holding a doctoral degree, is a member of the CPC. He is Deputy Mayor and Member of the Leading Party Members’ Group of Kunshan Municipal People’s Government. He once served as bureau deputy and deputy secretary-general of a county-level municipal government, bureau head of a county-level municipal government, Party Secretary of a CPC township committee, and Deputy Secretary of a county-level CPC municipal committee (temporary post), etc.
